| 1948 | Established as Takahashi Seisakusho in Meguro-ku, Tokyo. Started to supply parts to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. After the division concerned was divided into the present Mitsubishi Motors and Mitsubishi Caterpillar, started to supply parts to these companies as a key cooperative factory |
| 1949 | Reorganized to Takahashi Seisakusho Co., Ltd., capitalized at ¥500,000. |
| 1961 | Established Kawasaki Factory. |
| 1974 | Renamed as Sanwa Co., Ltd. Moved the head office to Miyamae-ku, Kawasaki. Established Gunma Factory in Agatsuma, Gunma Prefecture. |
| 1978 | Closed Meguro Factory. |
| 1979 | Established Hanyu Factory in Hanyu, Saitama Prefecture. |
| 1981 | In line with urban planning in Kawasaki City, the head office, Kawasaki Factory, Gunma Factory, and Hanyu Factory were expanded and remodeled. |
